This explains what JGM Referrals (JGM Consulting LLC) collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

Partners (agents): your name, email, phone, brokerage, city and state, the referrals you send, and how to pay you. If you sign in with Google we receive only your name and email address.

Customers you refer (or who use a partner's link): name, phone, email, service address, move-in date, when to call, and any notes. We use this only to contact them about internet service at that address and to pay the referring partner.

Agents we reach out to: business contact details from public listings or professional directories, and a record of our messages, so we never contact anyone twice by accident or after they ask us to stop.

Email and texts

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works right away, and we keep a permanent do-not-contact list so an unsubscribe is honored even if your details reach us again. We only send automated texts to people who opted in on our forms or texted us first. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share with

The internet provider (to place the customer's order), and the service providers that run this site: hosting, our email account (Google) and our texting provider (Twilio). Nobody else, and we never sell personal information.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by replying to any email from us or writing to jgonzalez@jgmconsultinggroup.com. We keep only what's needed to honor a do-not-contact request.
