Terms

JGM Referrals is operated by JGM Consulting LLC, an independent Authorized Spectrum Reseller. We are not Spectrum or Charter Communications. Service, pricing and availability are set by the provider and vary by address.

Partner terms

• Only refer people who know you're referring them and agreed to be contacted by phone and email about internet service.
• Describe us as an independent Authorized Spectrum Reseller, never as Spectrum or Charter, and don't promise prices or speeds; we confirm what's available at the address.
• A commission is earned when the referred service is installed and confirmed by the provider, at the rate shown in your portal for that plan. Commissions are paid weekly. Installs the provider later reverses (for example, cancelled within its chargeback window) may be deducted from future payouts.
• If a customer is referred by more than one partner, the first complete referral counts.
• We may turn off a partner account that sends referrals without the customer's permission.
